No. PSG typically supports the service / solution fees (e.g., SEO & SEM management, setup, strategy) under the pre-approved package. Media spend and/or link building spent paid directly to third parties (e.g. Google) is not covered by PSG.
No. To remain eligible for support, you must not sign a contract, make payment, or start consuming the solution before receiving and accepting the Letter of Offer. Starting work early can make the entire project ineligible for PSG funding.
Processing times can vary, but many applications take around 6 weeks, depending on the volume of applications and whether all documents are in order.
Yes. The annual grant cap per SME is currently S$30,000 per financial year (1 April 2025–31 March 2026), across all PSG projects. Once this cap is fully utilised, further projects may only be supported in the next grant year when the cap refreshes.
Yes, grant claims can be rejected, though this is avoidable with the right steps. Possible reasons this may happen include: starting work before the Letter of Offer is issued, not meeting eligibility criteria at the claims stage, submitting incomplete or inaccurate documents, mismatches between cost details and the approved quotation, or the project not being completed according to the approved scope.

Important: We will not sign a contract or accept payment related to the solution before your grant is approved. Doing so can make the project ineligible for PSG support.

Accept the offer, then begin work
Complete the project and submit your claim
Enterprise Singapore will evaluate the claim, and upon approval, disburse the claim amount to your company within 14 working days.
