What is the PSG Digital Marketing Grant?

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a government grant that supports Singapore SMEs in adopting pre-approved IT solutions, equipment and services to improve productivity and business performance.

For digital marketing, PSG helps eligible SMEs offset part of their project cost when they adopt DM Packages from IMDA pre-approved vendors. As a pre-approved DM vendor, we offers pre-scoped packages focused on:

Who Is Eligible for PSG Funding?

To qualify for PSG support, SMEs must meet Enterprise Singapore’s eligibility criteria, which typically include:

Registered and operating in Singapore

The digital marketing solution must be used in Singapore.

At least 30% local shareholding

Group annual sales turnover not more than S$100 million or group employment size not more than 200 employees

Certain entity types are not eligible, such as charities, IPCs, religious entities, voluntary welfare organisations, government agencies and subsidiaries.

We can help you check your eligibility, but final decisions rest with Enterprise Singapore and IMDA.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How much funding can I receive under PSG?

Eligible SMEs can receive up to 50% support on qualifying costs for approved DM Packages. The exact support level and amount are determined by Enterprise Singapore and IMDA, subject to prevailing policies and your company’s eligibility.

Does PSG cover ad spend (media budget) or link building costs?

No. PSG typically supports the service / solution fees (e.g., SEO & SEM management, setup, strategy) under the pre-approved package. Media spend and/or link building spent paid directly to third parties (e.g. Google) is not covered by PSG.

Can we start the project before the grant is approved?

No. To remain eligible for support, you must not sign a contract, make payment, or start consuming the solution before receiving and accepting the Letter of Offer. Starting work early can make the entire project ineligible for PSG funding.

How long does the PSG approval process take?

Processing times can vary, but many applications take around 6 weeks, depending on the volume of applications and whether all documents are in order.

Is there a cap on how much PSG support we can get each year?

Yes. The annual grant cap per SME is currently S$30,000 per financial year (1 April 2025–31 March 2026), across all PSG projects. Once this cap is fully utilised, further projects may only be supported in the next grant year when the cap refreshes.

Will My Grant Claims Get Rejected?

Yes, grant claims can be rejected, though this is avoidable with the right steps. Possible reasons this may happen include: starting work before the Letter of Offer is issued, not meeting eligibility criteria at the claims stage, submitting incomplete or inaccurate documents, mismatches between cost details and the approved quotation, or the project not being completed according to the approved scope.

How to Get Started

Step 1

Speak with Us

Share your goals, current digital presence, and budget. We’ll recommend a suitable pre-approved package that fits your needs.

Step 2

Receive a PSG quotation

We’ll prepare a formal quotation for the pre-approved package, which you’ll use in your application via the Business Grants Portal (BGP).

Step 3

Submit your PSG application

Using CorpPass, you may submit the application on BGP with the required documents (e.g., ACRA profile, latest financials, our quotation).

Important: We will not sign a contract or accept payment related to the solution before your grant is approved. Doing so can make the project ineligible for PSG support.

Step 4

Wait for the Letter of Offer (LOF)

Enterprise Singapore and IMDA review your application. If successful, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer detailing the approved support level and conditions. Each complete application usually takes around 6 weeks to process.

Step 5

Accept the offer, then begin work

Once you accept the LOF, we can begin the PSG-supported project and run your campaigns according to the approved scope and timeline.

Step 6

Complete the project and submit your claim

After the project period is completed and full payment is made to us, you may submit your claim via BGP with the necessary documents (e.g. invoices, proof of payment, usage reports which we will provide, etc)

Enterprise Singapore will evaluate the claim, and upon approval, disburse the claim amount to your company within 14 working days.
